> David Neal, our bass soloist, directs
a community chorus in Cortland and invites any ICC members who are very familiar
with the piece to join them. Rehearsals are Tuesday, Oct. 16 and Monday, November
26 from 7-10 PM. The dress rehearsal is Saturday, Dec. 1, 2-5 PM. He says, "We've
been doing Part I and "Hallelujah" for the past 3 years, and just so
everyone didn't go crazy I'm planning on doing some of Parts 2 and 3 this year.
I'd love to have some ICC members if they were interested, particularly with some
of the choruses in the later parts of the piece." Please contact David at:

Dr. Kenneth Meyer directs a thriving guitar studies program at Syracuse Universitys
Setnor School of Music and serves on the faculties of Hobart and William Smith
Colleges. His program, Draw the Strings Tight, will feature newly
commissioned pieces and traditional compositions by Heitor Villa-lobos, Mauro
Giuliani, and Agustin Barrios.
