FROM THE VICE PRESIDENT

Hi Chorus!

Sorry to send you a separate email from the newsletter this week! I wasn't able to use my computer at the tail end of last week. I'll try to keep this quick.

Calendar sales started off with a bang last Wednesday night! We sold 33 calendars in 15 minutes! Wow. That leaves us with...147 left to sell. What a great start! Thanks so much to our Fundraising coordinator Peter Harriott and our seasoned calendar salesperson Glenna Margalis.

We need a few people to help out with publicity. This is really quite easy- mostly sending out e-mails to a few local churches, making a few phone calls, etc. John Wootton will be out of town for a few weeks, so feel free to contact me at bellamayophoto@hotmail.com or 533-0075.

Pretty soon, we will be having sign ups for Borders Wrapping-- is it that time all ready?? Annie will let us know, and I'm not sure about you, but I can't wait to here this year's Wall-Smart campaign for wrappers--maybe a wrapping rap? Hee hee. Who knows?

Also, our ad campaign deadline is quickly approaching. Do you have a business, or do any of your friends? The ads are seen by approximately 1400 people if you figure out attendance for the concerts- that is a lot of wallets to local businesses!

Oh yes, remember to double check the donor list for name spelling and spousal inclusion, etc, on Wed night.

Well, the music is sounding great, and it is wonderful to be a part of an organization with so many dedicated members. You really are a great group. See you Wednesday, and Be Well,
